Yes! All our appliances are brand-new from the manufacturer and have never been refurbished or previously owned. Some may have minor cosmetic scratches or dents, but these do not affect their functionality. Others may be overstock items or customer refusals with no visible defects.

Do you offer delivery?

Not at this time, but we’re working on adding delivery services in the future! While we can assist with loading your appliance at the store, we cannot provide unloading assistance at your destination.

Do you provide installation?

No, we do not offer installation services at this time.

Do you take away or sell used appliances?

No, we do not buy, sell, or haul away used appliances.

Do you offer appliance repairs?

No, we do not buy, sell, or haul away used appliances.

Can I place a custom order for a specific appliance?

We are unable to take custom orders. However, if you’re looking for a specific appliance, let us know! While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll do our best to source it for you.

Do your appliances come with a warranty?

We do not provide a store warranty, but most appliances are eligible for a manufacturer’s warranty, which you can purchase directly from the manufacturer.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final—we do not offer refunds or returns at this time.

We accept cash and credit cards. Please note that card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
